Dr. Lattouf is board-certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. He earned his medical degree from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, completing his internship at Grady Hospital, a residency in general surgery at Emory University Hospital and a residency in cardiothoracic surgery and cardiac transplantation at Emory University affiliated hospitals. Medical School: Emory University School of Medicine (Atlanta, GA). Member of American Board of Thoracic Surgery - Thoracic and Cardiac Surgery.
Dr. Kelly was selected by the Board of Trustees on June 5, 2024 and initiated a strategic planning with the goal of making the ASU System more nimble and responsive to the talent needs of employers while shaping education around equipping students with the long-term problem-solving.. He is a member of the AASC and Universities board of directors and was named “One of the Most Influential Georgians” by Georgia Trend magazine. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in PR and a Master of Arts degree in communication at Eastern Michigan University and his Ph.D. from Wayne State University.

Medlir Mema is a Senior Fellow in the AI Governance Programme at the Global Governance Institute. Medlir teaches International Relations at the BYUI. Previously, he was an Associate Professor of Political Science at Tokyo International University in Japan, Adjunct Faculty at Vesalius College, and a Senior Associate Researcher at the Institute for European Studies - VUB in Brussels, Belgium. Medlir holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from the George Washington University, and a MA in European Studies and International Economics from Johns Hopkins University’s SAIS.

As Senior Policy Counsel with ACT | The App Association, Brian Scarpelli represents more than 5,000 small app makers and software companies in the mobile economy and the app industry which has revolutionized how we work, play, and manage our health. Prior to his employment with the ACT, Brian worked for the Telecommunications Industry Association and the District of Columbia's Public Service Commission, which is the public utility regulator for the District of Columbia. Brian has worked in radio broadcasting industry for 10 years and worked for several communications trade associations.

He is the founder of Educate Inmates, a nonprofit that expands educational opportunities for incarcerated individuals to support successful reentry.
Bruce Degn is a Washington, DC-based industry association veteran, with over 20 years of association and advocacy experience. Before founding the Industry Affairs Council, Bruce was the Managing Director for the Global Blockchain Business Council; Executive Director for the Association for Healthcare Foodservice; and held executive positions at the Telecommunication Industry Association, US Chamber of Commerce, and United States Telecom Association. Bruce has served as a congressional speech writer and has given presentation workshops across Europe.
John T. Jacobs is COO and Senior Advisor at the Center for Collaborative Intelligence and Founder of Broadreach SMI, a strategy & innovation consultancy for associations, nonprofits, and NGOs. A former executive with the United Nations and several global industry associations, John helps mission-driven organizations leverage AI, data, and collaboration to drive growth and resilience. Graham leads public policy initiatives in front of Congress on behalf the App Association’s members. He has a JD with a concentration in communications law from George Mason and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Emory University. Prior to joining the App Association, Graham was counsel for the House Energy and Commerce Committee..
